GSE (Global Scale of English)
The Global English Scale (GSE) is the first truly global English language standard that enables teachers to measure learner progress more accurately and easily.
Based on research involving more than 6000 teachers from more than 50 countries, it expands the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) by setting a scale from 10 to 90 on what to do for four speaking, listening, reading and writing skills. At the CEFR level, using a more detailed approach, dedicated GSE resources then help teachers choose the right learning goals, grammar and vocabulary that their students need to move to the next level.
It is a more effective way of selecting the right lesson, course materials or reviews at the right time.
