IELTS (International English Language Testing System)
IELTS is perhaps one of the most important tests for those who want to study and pursue a career abroad. This test is recognized worldwide. Your English language ability is measured separately as listening, reading, writing and speaking during the test. The total duration of IELTS is 2 hours 45 minutes.
-Listening (4 sections, 40 questions, 30 min.)
-General English Reading (3 sections, 40 questions, 60 min.) - Academic English Reading (3 sections, 40 questions, 60 min.)

This exam, which originated in the UK, is conducted in two types: IELTS Academic and IELTS General.
While IELTS General is usually a test requested by candidates who want to work in the private sector or who want to get an additional salary,
IELTS Academic is a test required from students who want to continue their education abroad. Some universities in Turkey also accept this test for preparatory courses.
Wimbledon Language Academy's education coordinators evaluate all these skills by taking the placement test before the English language education and organize the education according to the targeted score range and needs.
Wimbledon Academy has the right to organize exams in all its representative offices by forming groups of students who will apply during the exam periods. Therefore, Wimbledon is an IELTS Authorized Test Center with this right.
TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language)
Another important English proficiency test for career and study abroad opportunities is the TOEFL.
Wimbledon Language Academy is a "TOEFL Authorized Training" center.
TOEFL preparation courses are programs that question students' reading, writing, listening and speaking skills and are specially prepared for the acquisition of these skills. Wimbledon Academy's training directors take students to a placement test before the training and evaluate all these skills and organize the training according to their needs and target score range.
TOEFL preparation training programs are programs prepared by meticulously examining TOEFL exam questions from previous years.
In this direction, the four skills tested in the IBT TOEFL exam are emphasized by prioritizing grammar topics that have been frequently questioned before and words that have appeared or are likely to appear before.
These four skills are speaking, listening, reading and writing. The TOEFL is completed in 3.5 hours to 4 hours with a short break in between.
During the computerized TOEFL, the student is accompanied by a guide and a supervising teacher. This teacher provides technical support on how to do the test, how to use the computer and other issues.
Listening: 40-60 Minutes (28-39 questions)
Reading: 54-72 Minutes (30-40 questions)
Break 10 minutes
Speaking: 15-20 Minutes
Writing: 50 Minutes
Listening: Measures the ability to understand speeches, conferences and speakers.
Reading: Measures the ability to understand academic texts and extract information on a variety of topics.
Speaking: Assesses the ability to speak extemporaneously.
Writing: Measures the ability to write an essay on a specific topic.
An adequate TOEFL score enables students to be admitted to master's and doctoral programs, to be exempt from preparatory classes at many universities in Turkey that teach in English, and to obtain language equivalence for students who have studied abroad. Many institutions, organizations and companies around the world accept a good TOEFL score as proof of English proficiency in job applications.
YDS (Local Foreign Language Exam)
YDS, which is organized in our country to measure the knowledge and proficiency of various foreign languages, is seen as an important exam for many students and professionals. This exam is generally used to determine the foreign language level of candidates applying for undergraduate and graduate programs.

TOEIC (Test of English for International Communication)
TOEIC®, Test Of English for International Communication, is an exam prepared by the American ETS (Educational Testing Service), which also developed the TOEFL exam, to measure communication skills and proficiency in Business English.
It is generally preferred by banks, corporations and consulting firms in Turkey, and is taken by approximately 6 million candidates worldwide every year.
The TOEIC exam, which is prepared in paper-based format, consists of 200 multiple-choice questions. The test consists of two parts: listening and reading. In the listening section, 100 questions are asked about the photographs shown and explanations of short speeches. In the reading section, there are question types such as reading comprehension, gap filling and sentence completion. The scoring system of the TOEIC exam is determined as 10/990.
The TOEIC Speaking and Writing test is a separate test and is taken independently of the listening and reading test, only if desired. The TOEIC Speaking and Writing test can be taken online separately from the reading and listening tests. Registration for the speaking and writing test is required at least 15 days before the test date.
